We understand how "life can get in the way" and tend to place our personal well being at the back of the line. Everyone needs a helping hand at times to stay motivated and on track. If you have just completed one of our intensive retreats, want to train for an athletic event, or recover from an injury, our Body Coaching Program was designed to support your goal. Each person will have a custom designed program for his/her/their needs.

For Athletes: 

We are like the 3M of personal training. We do not train you to run, we train you to run better. We do not teach you how to swing a golf club, we train you to swing better. We do not teach you how to strength train, we train you to lift better! We specialize in the fundamentals of proper Myofascial movement and joint mobility. 

 

If your fascia is restricted, your joints will not move in relative motion and you will compensate. Whether you are a professional or recreational athlete, you need a trained eye to find your compensations or improper movement patterns to prevent injury, improve your sport, and promote overall wellness. We offer a unique program that rewires your fascial system to communicate with your body so you can move properly, more efficiently, and function at your Maximum Potential!

A competitive athletes ourselves, we understand the mechanics and skills needed to perform. Our clients are professional baseball players, runners, cyclists, competitive/recreational boxers, golfers, and triathletes. Name your sport, we can help.

For Chronic Pain Clients:

This monthly program will help break the pain/trauma cycle and put you on a path forward. Your fascial system has a mind of its own and will revert to "what it knows". In order to break the patterns that led to your pain whether that be a movement or an emotional pattern, you must reinforce the new way. We follow our Body Wisdom Approach to reinforce the principles of Remember, Release, Retrain and Rebuild. It can take your brain up to two months to learn and accept the new concept. Let us know if you would like to try our 3 or 6 month program.
